Enrolled Nurse
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Enrolled Nurse to provide high-quality nursing care and support to elderly clients. Working under the guidance of a Registered Nurse, you will assist with clinical care, promote client independence, and contribute to improving their overall health and well-being.
Responsibilities
★ Deliver nursing care in accordance with individual care plans.
★ Monitor and record clients’ health conditions and vital signs.
★ Administer medications within the scope of practice.
★ Assist with wound care and other clinical procedures.
★ Support clients with mobility and daily living activities when required.
★ Maintain accurate clinical documentation and reports.
★ Observe and report changes in clients’ health to the Registered Nurse.
★ Communicate effectively with clients, families, and the healthcare team.
★ Follow infection control, workplace health, and safety procedures.
★ Promote dignity, independence, and person-centred care.

Qualifications
➜ Diploma of Nursing or equivalent qualification.
➜ Current Enrolled Nurse registration.
➜ Previous experience in aged care, community care, or healthcare is preferred.
➜ Strong clinical assessment and communication skills.
➜ Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team.
➜ Current First Aid and CPR certification.
➜ Police clearance (or willingness to obtain one).
➜ Valid driver’s license and reliable transport are desirable.
➜ Current Enrolled Nurse registration.
➜ Previous experience in aged care, community care, or healthcare is preferred.
