Registered Nurse
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse to deliver professional nursing care to elderly clients in the community. The successful candidate will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care while leading clinical decision-making to ensure the highest standard of person-centred care.
Responsibilities
★ Conduct comprehensive client health assessments.
★ Develop, implement, and review individualized care plans..
★ Administer medications and perform clinical procedures..
★ Monitor clients’ health and respond to changes in clinical conditions..
★ Provide wound care, chronic disease management, and health education..
★ Supervise and support Enrolled Nurses and Personal Care Workers..
★ Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation..
★ Collaborate with doctors, allied health professionals, and family members..
★ Ensure compliance with professional standards and healthcare regulations..
★ Promote client dignity, independence, and quality of life..
★ Develop, implement, and review individualized care plans..

Qualifications
✔ Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent qualification..
✔ Current Registered Nurse registration..
✔ Previous experience in aged care, community nursing, or home care is preferred..
✔ Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills..
✔ Excellent communication and leadership abilities..
✔ Current First Aid and CPR certification..
✔ Police clearance (or willingness to obtain one)..
✔ Valid driver’s license and reliable transport are desirable..
✔ Knowledge of aged care standards and person-centred care practices..
✔ Current Registered Nurse registration..
✔ Previous experience in aged care, community nursing, or home care is preferred..
✔ Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills..
